Unopened merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unopened, and in original packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Returns must be accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation
  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Cire de London™️ is not responsible for lost returns

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized, private label, or wholesale orders

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 5 days of delivery. Kindly include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
